RETURNS

Almost any item can be returned or exchanged. The item must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date. Please contact me first before returning an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on:

• Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.

• Custom orders.

• Items purchased on sale.

SHIPPING

I always try to ship within two to three business days. If shipping gets delayed in any way, I will notify you and let you know. Please, keep in mind that many items are made to order, but I always strive to ship within 1 week from receiving payment.

Standard Shipping to U.S. Addresses:
Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail and per USPS guidelines, domestic delivery times range between 2-9 days, but in most cases 2-4 business days to the contiguous 48 states.
